One Bone – Serves 1-2 people      800 – 900 grams
Two Bones – Serves 2-3 people    1.6-1.8 kg
Six Bones – Serves 6-9 people    5.0-5.4 kg

These are very generous servings.  The meat becomes richer and more intense in flavour as it ages, so you may find a single bone would serve up to 4 people.
