How It Works

  1. Select your desired membership option and sign up
  2. We’ll send you a welcome email confirming your membership
  3. You will then be eligible for the next seasonal shipment based on your Membership option. You will receive the chiller bag containing your special selection on the Monday or the Thursday of the second week of the month.
  4. Enjoy tantalising your taste buds with new, premium delights!


Your first shipment will be the next occurring shipment that follows your date of sign-up.

  • Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 1st of every shipment month Quarterly: March, June, September, December.
    Semi-Annual June, December.
  • Your boxes will be delivered either on the Monday or the Thursday during the second week of the month. (You will receive an email detailing exactly which day before your order is despatched.) Yur order will arrive between 5pm and 9pm and you will be able to track exactly where your order is via the Urgent Tonight courier app.
  • You will receive an email 30 days before your card is charged with notification of your upcoming shipment.
  • If you sign up for a shipment that will be sent out less than 30 days after you join the club, no charge email will be sent for your first shipment as payment will be taken upon sign up.
  • Modifications and cancellations must be made within 14 days of receiving notification email.
  • Available for Auckland customers only, we are unable to courier further afield as yet.

  • If you need to skip a shipment, no problem! Just send us an email within 7 days prior to automatic credit card charges and we’ll hold your shipment and you will not be charged.
  • All shipments will be couriered with Urgent Tonight Couriers. If you need your order to be rescheduled for a later date, please send us an email at least 7 days prior to automatic credit card charges and we will reschedule. Please note, additional fees for changing scheduled delivery date may apply.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Membership Account on the Well Hung Club page. Cancellations made less than 15 days before upcoming credit card charges will not reflect until following instalment.

You are purchasing an ongoing membership to the Well Hung Membership Club Plan per the term length selected.  Your membership will automatically renew and your payment method will be billed the membership fee of $250 for Quarterly Plans every 3 months, $250 for Semi-Annual plans every 6 months on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership (membership prices subject to change) You can cancel or change your membership at any time
through your Membership Account on the Well Hung Club Page or by sending a cancellation request email to orders@wellhung.nz. You must cancel at least 15 days before the next scheduled membership renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership period.

It is as simple as signing up with your name, mobile phone number and email.

Each time you shop, give your phone number to the Well Hung staff member to receive a 5% discount on your purchases (excluding Well Hung gift cards). You will also receive a monthly newsletter keeping you up to date with what is happening in store.
