Here at Well Hung we are always aiming to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or the condition in which it has arrived, please contact us at orders@wellhung.nz or 09 486 0936.  (We may require a photo of any damaged goods so we are able to follow up with the Courier.)

Given the nature of the products we sell it is important that you contact Well Hung via phone or email as soon as possible after your delivery has arrived so we can get straight on to rectifying your issue.

Buying Online

For most of our Auckland Zone 1 & 2 areas we use the great team at Urgent Couriers delivering from Monday to Friday between 5-9pm, (unless a daytime delivery has been requested). If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, please use the live track and trace on the Urgent Couriers website https://couriers.urgent.co.nz/Track .

For all other deliveries around Auckland & the North Island we use NZ Couriers overnight service. We DO NOT deliver to RURAL addresses or P O Box numbers.  If you are rural we can deliver to a local agent for NZ Couriers, click here to check. We will contact you to confirm your delivery options.

We can deliver to a work address but please provide opening hours.

For apartments or gated areas please leave specific details on how the courier is to contact you for delivery.

The courier is instructed to deliver your order.  If you are not home they will  leave where instructed (if possible) or they will leave near the front door and in the shade if possible. At this point you are responsible for your goods.

As soon as you receive your order we recommend it is transferred into a fridge.

If for any reason we cannot fulfil part of your order, we will contact you directly before your order is dispatched to see if you would like to substitute a different product. Otherwise we will issue a refund or store credit.

Secure Payments

No credit card information is stored by Well Hung.

Payments made on line are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system.

Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS System and not on the Well Hung site.
Full payment must be made before the team can process the order and get it out for speedy delivery.

Pricing

Well Hung Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation and Order Amendments

Well Hung does its absolute best to make sure our customers are fully satisfied.
If you wish to make amendments to your order, we are more than happy to do this up until 5pm the day before delivery.

Gift Cards

The Well Hung gift card is redeemable for goods at Well Hung.

Please treat these cards as cash.  It cannot be replaced if stolen or lost. It cannot be exchanged for cash.  No change will be given for the remaining balance but this can be used for future purchases. The funds available can be checked in store or on the Gift Card tab on our website. This card can be topped up (minimum $25) but the card will still expire from the original expiry date.

How do I agree to your terms ?

By ticking the box “I have read and agree to the website Terms & Conditions”.  If you do not agree to these terms you should cease using the Online service.

Force Majeure Events

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by events outside our control (Force Majeure Event).
