Given the nature of the products we sell it is important that you contact Well Hung via phone or email as soon as possible after your delivery has arrived so we can get straight on to rectifying your issue.
We use the great team at Urgent Couriers to deliver our orders Monday through to Friday. If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, please use the live track and trace on the Urgent Couriers website https://couriers.urgent.co.nz/Track or send us an email or a phone call. firstname.lastname@example.org or 09 486 0936.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil part of your order, we will contact you directly before your order is despatched to see if you would like to substitute a different product. Otherwise we will issue a refund or store credit.
No credit card information is stored by Well Hung.
Payments made on line are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system.
Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS System and not on the Well Hung site.
Full payment must be made before the team can process the order and get it out for speedy delivery.
Well Hung Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.
Cancellation and Order Amendments
Well Hung does its absolute best to make sure our customers are fully satisfied.
If you wish to make amendments to your order, we are more than happy to do this up until 5pm the day before delivery.
