COVID-19 UPDATE FOR CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES
What areas do you deliver to?
UPDATE : During LOCKDOWN, where possible we will use our own driver to Deliver orders.
If we are sending your order with URGENT Couriers, this is an evening delivery between 5pm – 9pm.
If your address is RURAL, we are able to use NZ Couriers who can deliver to an essential business that is open near you. We will call to confirm this location with you. This is also a Contactless Service.
For the Lock Down period please allow 1-3 days for us to prepare your order. This is to ensure we can provide you with our fresh, quality product.
We will contact you before delivery. The driver has been instructed to leave your order at your address, then phone or text to advise your order is there.
We DO NOT deliver to RURAL addresses (sorry but this may take up to 3 days and we can’t risk our product sitting for that length of time), if you do live in a rural area you could organize your Well Hung delivery to be delivered to a location collection that is not a rural address or NZ Couriers often have a local agent.

How do you deliver and when?
We use a variety of couriers to deliver our meat bags, depending on your location.
All our meat is packed with ice packs in our branded, re-useable chiller bag to keep your meat chilled during delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery around Milford & Takapuna with 0620 & 0622 postcode is a $5 delivery fee. For the rest of the North Shore and InnerCentral Auckland residential same day deliveries are at a flat-fee of $15.00. Deliveries to greater Auckland are $20. This includes a re-useable chiller bag.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries will be made to residential and business addresses from Monday to Friday.
We cut everything to order to ensure you are getting the freshest meat possible. To ensure this we have a cut off time for orders or changes to orders, which is 11 am the day before delivery.
After this point, orders will be working their way through our butchery so cannot be cancelled or amended. If you have any problems regarding your order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 09 486 0936
If you can’t find what you need with our online options, please phone 09-4860936 to discuss. We can confirm if we have the products, take your payment over the phone and organise the delivery.
Our click and collect online option is available during the Level 3 Covid-19 Lock Down.
Our Rotisserie options are available again during this time.
Again, if you have a meat emergency and you have missed the deadline, you can always phone us and beg and we can see if we can help. No promises though!

Talk to us about your needs and we can advise you on the best product to suit your occasion and even advise on the best way to prepare and cook it.
We can put aside and age your selected cut to be ready when you want it.
As we only have a certain amount of aged cuts available, this will ensure your needs are guaranteed to be met.
