Want to spend an evening tasting a range of dry aged meats and wines?
Come along and join us on Thursday September 10th or Thursday September 24th at 6.30pm.

The evening will start at our flagship store at 210 Kitchener Road in Milford where you will be shown our range of dry aged meats and our team will talk you through the aging process.
You will then head across to our second store at The Milford Centre where Jean-Jacques from Dhall and Nash Fine Wines will greet you with a glass of wine.
Our team will then proceed to explain how to get the most out of your dry aged cuts and will then cook up dry aged rib eyes, t-bones and sirloins that have been lovingly aged from 0-29 days and 30-44 days so you can see and taste the difference.
You will then be able to sample all the different cuts matched with a variety of wines recommended by Jean- Jacques.
There is a limit of 10 tickets per evening and restricted to 18 years or older.

Dry aged beef sampling
A take home dry aged beef sampler containing:
1 x 500-550g AngusPure bone in Ribeye dry aged for 30-44 days
1 x 450-500g AngusPure T-bone dry aged for 30 – 44 days
1 x 250g AngusPure Sirloin dry aged for 30 -44 days
1 bottle of wine to complement your beef as selected by Jean-Jacques from Dhall and Nash
1 Well Hung apron
