A rack of lamb is tender and loaded with flavour. These gourmet racks have been trimmed and the bones have been frenched for premium presentation.

There is a lot of variance in the size of the racks, we cut to weight of the product so the number of bones may vary.

Description

The rack of lamb is cut from the loin, this cut is made up of eye of loin muscle , a rib loin and a cap of fat. With this cut the cap has been removed and the bones have been frenched for perfect presentation.

All of our Lamb is NZ sourced export quality.  The meat is usually very lean.
