All of their cheeses are made using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives are added. Vegetarian microbial rennet is used in all of their cheeses.
When serving always let your cheese come up to room temperature to let the starter cultures wake up and produces a more pronounced flavour.
Whitestone supply Well Hung weekly from their permanent stall at the Catalina Bay Farmers Market (Hobsonville) where their artisan cheesemongers, mature and care for the cheese on-site.
